How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us with your unique tracking number.




What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please Contact Us to organise a return.

What is the expected Delivery time of my order?

Will value added tax (VAT) be deducted from my order?

For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address outside the UK, the 20% VAT will be deducted from the final total prior to payment being taken. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.



Can you reduce the cost of my package by marking it as a gift for duty purposes?

Unfortunately we are unable to do so for legal reasons
